I travelled to Bali to meditate like everyone was doing in movies and social media. During one meditation class using tibetan bowls on the rooftop of a barn, a green firefly floated on the ceiling in the darkness. During another meditation class using crystal bowls, a worm balled up like a kundalini on my arm.  Both said to me, "forget what you are doing and watch me."
